Booking.com Hurghada Hotel Overcharge and Tour Refund Issue

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a 5-night stay at Magic Beach Hotel in Hurghada, from March 14, 2025 (check-in) to March 19, 2025 (check-out), with a total cost of $296.95, which I paid in full.
However, from the beginning, we had informed the hotel that we would only stay for 4 nights. At check-in, I clearly stated this in writing on the registration form, indicating March 18, 2025 as our check-out date, and the reception staff acknowledged this and said it would be adjusted.
Despite this, even though we only stayed 4 nights, no adjustment was made to the accommodation fee. Additionally, an extra charge was later taken from my credit card without my consent, and I was not given any information about this transaction.
Furthermore, during the same trip, I purchased a Luxor day tour through Booking.com. Although my hotel reservation was made through Booking.com, I later learned that tours could not be arranged from the area where my hotel was located. On the day of the tour, I was not picked up, was not contacted, and received no information. The tour never took place, yet the amount I paid was not refunded, nor was any alternative offered. As a result, one full day of my 4-day vacation was completely wasted.
Throughout this process, I contacted Booking.com multiple times regarding both the refund for the unused hotel night and the unauthorized charge, as well as the failed Luxor tour. I repeatedly received generic responses stating that the matter was “under review,” but neither the unjust hotel charges nor the tour fee has been refunded.
The Luxor tour operator initially confirmed via message that a refund would be issued, but afterward they stopped responding entirely.
I request a full refund, without any deductions, for both the unused night of accommodation and the Luxor tour that never took place. I also request a detailed explanation regarding the unauthorized charge made to my credit card.
Due to this experience, I no longer intend to use Booking.com again and will be sharing this negative experience with others.
