1Win Double Charge on Paytm Deposit of ₹2,500 Not Refunded

I made a single deposit attempt of ₹2,500 to my 1Win account (ID: 338495091) on April 24 at around 7:07–7:08 PM via the 1Win Paytm scanner. However, although I initiated the deposit only once, ₹2,500 was debited twice from my account, resulting in a total deduction of ₹5,000. Out of this amount, only ₹2,500 has been credited to my 1Win account balance, while the remaining ₹2,500 has neither been added to my account nor refunded to my original payment method. The UTR/transaction IDs for these payments are 611405206482 and 611405263468. I have already contacted customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or resolution so far. My Paytm transaction history clearly shows that both payments were successfully processed, even though I intended to make only one deposit. I request that the extra ₹2,500 deducted be either credited to my 1Win account (ID: 338495091) or refunded immediately to my original payment method. I also request a clear confirmation once this issue has been resolved.
Hello! We understand that this situation may raise some questions for you. We have checked your transaction — it is currently being processed by the payment system. Typically, such deposits are processed within 24 hours; however, in rare cases, this period may extend up to 7 days due to system-related factors. We have escalated your transaction for expedited processing and will continue to monitor its status. We will inform you as soon as there is any update.

Hello, This is not correct. The payment is not just “processing.” I paid a total of ₹5000, and ₹2500 has already been credited to my account, but the remaining ₹2500 has still not been added. I did not make two separate payments — the full ₹5000 was deducted using the same scanner at the same time. Please check this issue properly and credit the remaining ₹2500 as soon as possible. Thank you.

I still haven’t received any update. I just want to confirm that I made the payment twice using the same scanner, not for different transactions.
