Booking.com Reservation Not Found
I am writing regarding a problem with a Booking.com reservation that I am unable to locate anywhere and for which I currently have no information. The booking was for a 3-night stay in a pub accommodation in Bradford upon Avon, with check-in on 6 April. The reservation was made under the name Mrs Linda S***, using the email address linda***[email protected]. At the moment I cannot find this booking in my emails or in my Booking.com account and I have no confirmation, reference number, or details of the property. This is causing uncertainty about my planned stay, as I do not know whether the reservation actually exists or is guaranteed. I kindly request that you urgently check your system using my name and email address and confirm whether there is a valid reservation for a 3-night pub stay in Bradford upon Avon from 6 April. If the booking exists, I ask you to send me the full confirmation and all details of the property and stay. If it does not exist, I would like a clear written explanation so that I can make alternative arrangements in good time.
