On September 4, 2025, I rented a car in Podgorica through Booking.com from Rentmotors (Reservation No: 618120865). Shortly after receiving the car, I realized that the clutch was poorly maintained and faulty. Because of this, the vehicle broke down and I was left stranded, which caused me serious inconvenience.
After the issue occurred, I contacted Rentmotors, but I did not receive any support. My trip was disrupted, and my problem was never resolved. I paid a total of ₺15,000 for this service.
I request a full refund for the rental and compensation for the damages I suffered due to this incident.
