Booking.com Blocked Account With No Reason Given

I have been using Booking.com and last week, while trying to make a reservation, I discovered that my account had been blocked. When I attempt to complete a booking, I receive a message asking me to contact customer service, and I am unable to proceed with my reservation. When I contacted your customer service, I was informed that there is “sensitive information” on my account, but I was not given a clear or detailed explanation about what this means or why my account was blocked. This lack of transparency is causing me concern and preventing me from using your services. I kindly request a clear, detailed explanation of the reason my Booking.com account was blocked and what is meant by “sensitive information” in my case. I also expect information on what I need to do for my account to be reviewed and, if possible, reactivated so that I can continue using your platform without issues.
