Booking.com Host Unresponsive: Paid but Could Not Check In

I made a reservation through Booking.com for “Cozy Studio Netflix Self Check-in Cyberjaya 3” for 10 April to 11 April, with booking number 5819882818. I completed the payment via Booking.com in the amount of RM108.70. However, I faced a serious problem with the host and I believe I have been scammed and placed in an unsafe situation. After making the reservation and payment, the host did not respond to my messages and did not answer my calls at all. Because of this, I could not properly reach the property or confirm check-in details, which made me feel very unsafe and left me without support. I also tried to reach Booking.com customer service but I could not get through to any support regarding this issue. I request that Booking.com urgently review this reservation and the host’s behaviour and provide me with a full refund of RM108.70 that I paid for this stay. I also ask that you investigate this listing to prevent other guests from experiencing the same problem.
