Booking.com Suspicious Reservations Made Without My Authorization

Today I received an email from Booking.com that referred to two numbers and contained warnings about suspicious activity. These bookings are not mine, I did not make any reservations, and I am worried that I might be charged even though I have no account with Booking.com. In the email I only see the two numbers without any PINs, and I am unable to cancel anything or connect to a live agent. I have tried to reach Booking.com by using a service to leave a message, but I have not received any response yet. I am therefore unable to verify or manage these bookings through normal channels. I kindly request that these bookings linked to my email be urgently checked, clearly explained to me, and completely cancelled, and that I receive written confirmation that I will not be charged in any way for reservations I did not create. I also request that my email address and any related data be secured against further unauthorized use and that I be informed of any additional steps I should take to protect myself from fraud.
