Rental Price Changed at Pickup and Booking.com Refused Refund

I made a car rental reservation through Booking.com for an economy-class vehicle to be picked up in Tucson, Arizona, on March 19. During the booking process, a total price of 180 USD was shown to me, and this amount was charged to my card. When I arrived at the rental office to pick up the car, they asked for more money than the price that was originally confirmed in my Booking.com reservation. Since the conditions and price were not what I had agreed to at the time of booking, I refused to pay the extra amount and chose to cancel the rental on the spot. Despite this, the 180 USD that had been taken from me was not refunded. I contacted Booking.com customer service about this situation. They informed me that the booking was cancelled, but they still kept the 180 USD and did not return the money to me, even though I never received any car or service. I request that the full amount of 180 USD that was charged to me for this reservation be refunded as soon as possible, as no vehicle was provided and the price and conditions at the rental office were different from what Booking.com had confirmed at the time of booking.
