Booking.com Reservation Confirmed But No Email Or Booking Number
I made a room reservation at Sri Malaysia Hotel Melaka via Booking.com for a stay on 27.03.2026. The reservation was made on 26.03.2026 at around 9:30 a.m. through the Booking.com application under the name Noraishah A*** S***. In the application the booking appears as completed, but I have still not received any confirmation details by email or SMS. I have been checking the email address ais***[email protected] and the phone number 0193168*** however there is no confirmation message, booking number or voucher from Booking.com or the hotel. Because of this, I am worried that my reservation may not be properly recorded by the hotel for 27.03.2026, even though it shows as completed in the app. I kindly request that my reservation at Sri Malaysia Hotel Melaka for 27.03.2026 be checked and that the full booking confirmation details, including the confirmation number, be sent to my email address and/or phone number as soon as possible so that I can be sure my room is guaranteed.
