Booking.com Qatar Airways Refund Not Received

I booked flights through Booking.com with Qatar Airways for a trip from Dublin to Bali and back to Dublin, with the return flight scheduled to depart Bali on 4 March. Due to the war, our flights from Bali were cancelled, but despite this, I have still not received any refund, even though the flights were paid in full. I am trying to obtain a full cash refund to my original payment method, but this has become extremely difficult. I contacted Qatar Airways, and they informed me that they cannot process anything directly because the tickets were purchased through a third party, Booking.com. On the other hand, I am finding it impossible to get in touch with Booking.com to resolve this issue, so I am currently left without any assistance and without my money back. My Booking.com flight reference is ZC9K2P. I request that Booking.com urgently processes a full cash refund for the cancelled flights and clearly confirms this to me as soon as possible.
