Booking.com Property Registration Error

I am trying to add my villa as a new property on Booking.com, but I have been unable to complete the registration because the system does not accept my address and postcode in North Cyprus. My property is located in Kavak Sk, Ozanköy, Kyrenia, North Cyprus. Even when I place the map location at the correct point, the system continues to reject the address and postcode and does not allow me to proceed. I have been dealing with this problem for the last few days and today I have already spent about 6 hours trying to solve it. I contacted customer support and was advised to adjust the map location, but despite following these instructions, the issue remains and I still cannot complete the address verification step. Because of this, I have not received any registration ID or property ID, and I cannot publish my new villa on your platform. I kindly request that my property address in North Cyprus be manually verified and correctly approved in your system, or that I am provided with a clear and effective solution regarding the correct postcode and location so that I can finalize my registration and list my villa on Booking.com as soon as possible. I would appreciate urgent support on this matter.
