Can You Contact Booking.com By Phone?

I made a hotel reservation on Booking.com for the Hilton Hotel in New York, USA, with a check-in date of 18 April. When I arrived at the hotel, my reservation could not be found in their system, even though I had booked through Booking.com. In addition to the reservation not appearing, the hotel staff misbehaved with me instead of helping to solve the problem, which made the situation even more upsetting and stressful. I attempted to reach out regarding this issue, but did not receive any clear response or solution. Because I could not use the reservation I had made, I am requesting a full refund for this booking from Booking.com and a proper handling of my complaint about the way I was treated at the Hilton Hotel in New York.
