Unauthorized ₹199 Deduction From Fampay by Sheeko App

I am writing regarding an unauthorized deduction of ₹199 from my Fampay account made by the Sheeko app. On April 21, 2026, at around 09:16 AM, this amount was automatically deducted from my Fampay balance without my clear knowledge or consent. I primarily use my Fampay account through Aadhaar verification, and I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid service or feature within the Sheeko app that would justify this charge. I also did not receive any clear notification or explanation beforehand indicating that this amount would be deducted. I request that this unauthorized transaction of ₹199 be thoroughly investigated and that the full amount be refunded to my Fampay account as soon as possible. Additionally, I ask that any active subscriptions or automatic deductions linked to the Sheeko app be canceled immediately to prevent similar issues in the future.
