Weplay Customer Support Not Responding to Ban Appeal

I have been using a Weplay account to play the game, and I invested about one year of my time in it. On 24 April 2026, while I was playing, my account was suddenly logged out, and a message appeared saying that my account was banned. Since then, I cannot access my account, and it seems my device is also failing to connect properly to the game. I believe that some people may have personally targeted me and reported me unfairly, which might have led to this situation. I contacted Weplay customer support regarding this ban, but I have not received any response yet, and I still do not know the exact reason why my account was banned. I respectfully request that my Weplay account be unbanned and that any device-related ban be removed. I would like my account to be checked in detail and any false or unfair reports against me to be reviewed, so that I can continue using my account and the game as before.
