I made a hotel reservation on Booking.com at Primeworld District Casa De Hanna, located at Primeworld District Tower H, 6016 Lapu Lapu City, Philippines, for the dates April 3–4, 2026, under the name Ahra M*** with reservation number 5249419985. When I arrived at the property, I was informed that there was no room available for me despite my confirmed booking. The host then offered me another room but it was not clean at all. Host said that the housecleaner will be there to do some cleaning but it DID NOT happen at all. This is an unacceptable option, so I refused to stay there and had to book another place elsewhere at the last minute. Because of this, I was left without the accommodation I had reserved and had to bear the stress and additional costs of arranging a new place to stay on the same day. I have not received any meaningful response from either the property or Booking.com regarding this issue. I am requesting a full refund for this reservation, compensation for the inconvenience and additional expenses caused by having to book alternative accommodation, and I also ask that Booking.com review and remove this listing so that other guests do not experience the same problem.
