Booking.com Charged Me After Flight Cancellation And Refused Refund

I made a reservation through Booking.com for a two-night stay at a hotel called Perla in Prague.

On March 30, 2026, my flight scheduled for 7:50 AM was canceled. Despite the cancellation of my flight, Booking.com charged my credit card approximately one hour later for the reservation amount of $205, and this amount has not been refunded.

Even though my reservation included free cancellation, I have not been able to find anyone to contact—either through the website or via any customer service number.

To resolve this issue, I request a full refund of the $205 for this reservation, which I was unable to use due to the flight cancellation.

My Ajet flight scheduled for March 30, 2026, at 07:55 AM was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions. As a result, I was unable to make it to my reservation at Perla Hotel in Prague, which I booked through Booking.com. Despite this being a situation beyond my control, my refund request for 3500 TRY (89 USD) was denied. I kindly request you to reconsider my case and process a refund or provide a stay credit due to these extraordinary circumstances
