I am experiencing a serious issue with my Quotex trading account registered in Bangladesh. On April 16, 2026, my account was restricted with a notice stating “Additional verification required,” and my withdrawal of 293.47, as shown in my account balance, has been placed on hold. I have never made a successful withdrawal from this account before, and I currently cannot access my funds. After receiving the restriction, I promptly submitted all the requested verification documents and fully complied with the process. However, several days have passed and there has been no update or change in my account status. I submitted multiple follow-ups under Request ID 18852843 and also contacted support via email, but I have not received any response from the Quotex support team through any channel. It is very concerning that my funds remain inaccessible without any communication or clear timeline for resolution. I request that Quotex urgently review my case, complete the verification process, and release my withdrawal of 293.47 as soon as possible. If any additional information or documents are required, I am ready to provide them immediately to resolve this issue without further delay.
