Rixos Hotels Rixos Premium Seagate

Ve came to Rixos, Egypt for my birthday. Our flight time was at night, they said they would help us with early reservation. When ve arrived, ALL the rooms were full so they made us wait in the lobby until check-in time. Rules are rules, it may not be on the floor. But the communication with us was very bad, they told me to sleep in the lobby. I said it was cold, ı didn't want to sleep in front of people. Was not solution and friendly. Where is Rixos quality?
