They're trying to make me buy a brand-new device instead of just fixing it. I dropped 14,600TL on this thing and it's got a couple of minor issues. The sound sometimes goes low and it gets dirty super easily. But Apple won't even back up their own product. Lame. the device still has like 1.5 years of warranty left, but they totally voided it, this situation is really bothering me and I need some help to fix it. Ignoring their responsibility and making customers buy stuff they don't need is not how they present themselves... please reconsider and fix this issue properly, I mean just the way you talk about yourself. I'm a huge Apple fan, but their customer service and support could definitely use some work.I want to hope this gets sorted out fairly and gets the attention it deserves.
