I Face Missing Valorant 5350 VP From Hesapkantin Despite “Instant Delivery”

On October 21, 2025, at 1:23 PM, I paid $13 by credit card on the Hesapkantin website to purchase Valorant 5350 VP. Although the site states “instant delivery,” the payment was successfully charged to my card but no delivery was made. My account still shows “delivery pending,” and to date I haven’t received any notification or explanation via email or in my Hesapkantin account.

I haven’t been able to reach customer service so far. I request that the delivery be completed immediately or that my payment be fully refunded. My registered email on Hesapkantin is e*********@hotmail.com**. I urgently request assistance with this matter.
