I Face Injury from Nike Monarch 43 Shoe Due to Inner Seam Defect, No Resolution Offered
I purchased a pair of Nike Monarch size 43 shoes from the FLO store in Eskişehir Hamamyolu just 15 days ago. I wore them for the first time while traveling to Istanbul. Almost immediately, I noticed an uncomfortable bulge on the inside of the right shoe, exactly where it rubbed against my pinky toe. Upon closer inspection, I found that the upper leather piece had been stitched over itself, creating a raised seam inside the shoe. As a result, I developed a painful blister on my toe.
I returned the shoes to the Hamamyolu FLO store the next morning for inspection. By the following day, I was told that my return or exchange request had been denied. They claimed the inspection was conducted only through photos, not even a proper physical evaluation.
Despite customer service acknowledging that the shoe caused physical harm to my foot, my complaint was completely dismissed. This is unacceptable for a product I purchased just two weeks ago and wore only once.
I am requesting either a full refund or a product exchange for this defective and harmful item. A shoe that causes injury due to flawed construction should never pass quality checks, and customers should not be left to suffer because of it. I expect Nike and FLO to take responsibility and resolve this issue fairly and promptly.
