On December 13th, I booked a ticket from Istanbul to Warsaw through eDreams, charged 2919 TL to my card. Later, realizing I entered the wrong flight date, I requested a change. A person claiming to be an eDreams representative called from a UK-based number, asking for the new date and confirming a slight additional payment. I agreed. Afterward, they called again, saying the desired date was not possible, asking if I wanted to change to another date. I declined, and they assured me the extra amount would be refunded in a couple of days. However, checking my account, I found the small difference was 3043 TL. I then submitted a cancellation request on the eDreams site, still waiting for it to be processed. Unable to find a direct phone number or email to contact the company, I'm puzzled by this situation.
