eDreams Refused Refund After Sixt Denied Car Pickup

I rented a car through the e-dreams agency from the Sixt Gaziantep Airport office. When I went to pick up the vehicle, Sixt refused to hand it over, stating that my Findeks credit score was too low. As a result, I said that I wanted to cancel the rental and was forced to rent a car from another nearby agency to take care of my needs. I also canceled the reservation through e-dreams on the same day.
I had paid a total of $83 by credit card for this reservation. However, even though 13 days have passed, no refund has been issued by e-dreams. Only a symbolic amount of $0 was refunded, and the remaining amount has not been credited back to my account.
Despite repeatedly trying to contact e-dreams through all available communication channels, I have received no response whatsoever. I never used the vehicle and properly completed the cancellation process, yet I find it unacceptable that almost the entire payment has not been refunded.
I request that the remaining $83 for the unused service be refunded in full, without any deductions, to my credit card as soon as possible.
