When I try to create a new Telegram account, I receive a warning stating that my phone number +90 505 190** has been banned by the system, and I am completely unable to create a new account. I contacted the Telegram support team regarding this matter, but so far I have not received any response. I do not believe that I have violated any rules, and I have not received any notification or explanation.
I request that Telegram clearly and transparently explain the reason why my phone number was banned and that this ban, which I believe was applied unfairly, be lifted so my number can once again be used to create a Telegram account.
