eDreams Cancelled Vietnam Airlines Booking - Refund Missing
On 18 December, I purchased Vietnam Airlines flight tickets through eDreams for a trip from Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City on 10 February 2026. The total amount I paid was 944 SGD. I received the booking confirmation, but the next day the reservation was cancelled by eDreams and no valid tickets were issued for my journey. Despite this cancellation being initiated by eDreams, I have not been able to obtain my refund. I have tried to contact eDreams customer service, but I have found them impossible to reach and have not received any clear information or assistance regarding my cancelled booking or my money. Since the flight was cancelled by eDreams and I never received usable tickets, I am requesting a full refund of 944 SGD to be returned to my original method of payment as soon as possible.
