eDreams Prime Charged Without Consent - Unauthorized Monthly Fees

I recently discovered that an eDreams Prime subscription was charged to me without my authorization. On 15 October, 15 November and 15 December 2025, amounts of R195 were debited from my account via my FNB card for eDreams Prime, even though I did not knowingly subscribe to this service and did not give my consent for any recurring payments. I request that this unauthorized subscription be cancelled immediately and that the full amount of all charges (R195 on 15 October, R195 on 15 November and R195 on 15 December 2025) be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my account.
