eDreams Enrolled Me in Prime Without Permission and Charged £99.99

I purchased a flight ticket through the eDreams website on November 24, 2025. However, after reviewing my credit card statement, I later noticed that on December 9, 2025, an eDreams Prime membership fee of £99.99 was charged to my account without my knowledge or consent. I did not accept or approve any Prime membership, nor did I use any service associated with such a membership. I believe this charge was taken without authorization because my card details were kept on file without my permission.
My booking number is 24229576492. Despite my attempts to contact eDreams customer service regarding this issue, I have been unable to reach a responsible representative and have received no resolution.
For this reason, I formally demand that my eDreams Prime membership, which was initiated without my consent, be canceled immediately, that the £99.99 charged unfairly to my account be refunded in full and without delay, and that I receive written confirmation that my credit card information has been completely deleted from your systems.
