Requesting a Refund for an Unauthorized €99.99 eDreams Charge

On 15 January 2026, eDreams took an unauthorized payment of €99.99 from my debit card. On my bank statement, the description of the charge appears as “CRT****8290*EDREAMS P”. I have never requested or approved this payment, and I do not have any subscription with eDreams that would justify this amount. We have been trying to contact eDreams about this issue, but we have not been able to find any active email address or phone number to reach customer service, so we have not received any explanation or support. I request the full refund of the €99.99 that was taken without my authorization and confirmation that there is no active subscription or recurring payment in my name linked to this card or to my details.
