eDreams Cabin Baggage Promise Not Honored by AJet

I purchased a ticket through eDreams for an AJet flight on March 14, scheduled at 6:25 AM from Tbilisi to Sabiha Gökçen, with reservation code 3M9TLK. During the purchase process and on the eDreams ticket sent to me, it clearly states “Cabin baggage – Small bag: included.”

However, when I check my reservation in AJet’s own system, it shows that I do not have a cabin baggage allowance and that I need to pay an additional fee to add cabin baggage. In other words, the product sold by eDreams as “cabin baggage included” is not reflected that way in AJet’s system.

This is not the first time this has happened. About two weeks ago, I experienced the same issue with another AJet flight purchased through eDreams. At the boarding gate, the staff member told me that AJet’s system showed no cabin baggage allowance. I showed the eDreams ticket stating “cabin baggage included,” and the staff member noticed the discrepancy and, using their discretion, allowed me to board with my cabin bag.

Now, the same contradiction still exists for my March 14 flight. While my eDreams ticket shows cabin baggage included, AJet’s system does not, and it asks me to pay an extra fee to add cabin baggage. Since it is uncertain whether the staff will again take initiative on my next flight, I am facing the risk of being forced to pay at the boarding gate.

Despite trying to contact eDreams customer service multiple times, I have not received any response. This situation represents misleading information in the sale made through eDreams, a mismatch between the service advertised and the service actually provided, and a repeated, systematic inconvenience.

My request is that the cabin baggage allowance stated on the ticket I purchased through eDreams be fully and officially confirmed in AJet’s system, or that the additional fee requested for cabin baggage be covered or refunded before my flight. Otherwise, I would like to state that I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and the relevant authorities.

I kindly request that this issue be reviewed urgently and that my grievance be resolved.
