About two weeks ago, I purchased an airline ticket through eDreams for a Flynas flight from Istanbul to Jeddah. After sharing my credit card details during the ticket purchase, I later noticed that on January 8, 2026, $8 USD was charged to my card without my knowledge or consent.
There is no reservation, paid membership, or subscription record related to this charge in my eDreams account or in my email inbox. Even though I did not purchase any additional product or service, money was still withdrawn from my card. Due to security concerns, I was forced to cancel my credit card.
I request an immediate refund of the $8 USD charged without my authorization and a clear and transparent explanation of which transaction my card details were used for. I also ask that a proper investigation be conducted to prevent such unauthorized transactions from happening again and that I be provided with a written response regarding this matter.
