eDreams Unauthorized Billing and No Access to Customer Support

Even though I only purchased a flight ticket through eDreams, an unauthorized charge of $89 was made to my Garanti Bank credit card on November 23, without my knowledge or consent. I did not purchase any VIP membership or similar subscription, and I did not approve any such charge.

After noticing this unauthorized transaction, I tried to contact eDreams customer support, but I am only met with automated messages and cannot reach a live representative. As a result, I am unable to formally submit my objection or receive assistance to resolve this issue.

I demand that eDreams contact me immediately, cancel this unauthorized charge, and refund the $89 to my credit card. Otherwise, I would like to state that I am prepared to pursue legal action and share my experience publicly across all platforms to inform others about this company’s handling of unauthorized charges.
