By selling items on the Starpets website, I accumulated a balance of approximately $500. On January 8, 2026, I submitted a withdrawal request. After the system deductions, about $462 should have been transferred to me; however, only $450 was sent to my Ethereum wallet. Even though the withdrawal amount appears as $485 in my Starpets account, the amount credited to my wallet was lower, and the difference was deducted without any explanation.
I cannot properly report this issue because I could not find a support section on the website where I could ask questions or explain the situation in detail. For this reason, I am requesting payment of the missing amount and a clear explanation for the balance discrepancy.
I ask that this financial loss be resolved and that the necessary investigation be carried out to prevent similar issues from happening again.
