I am writing to raise a complaint about a refund problem regarding my eDreams Prime booking for a Kenya Airways flight. My flight ticket was suspended by Kenya Airways on 29 December 2025, and despite this, I have not received the refund that I am entitled to. The ticket had been purchased on 26 December 2025 for approximately 950,000 Uganda shillings, and I have been waiting for 2 days without any progress on the refund. After the suspension of the flight, I contacted Kenya Airways customer service, and they clearly informed me that my agent, eDreams Prime, is responsible for obtaining the refund from Kenya Airways and returning it to me. However, up to now, no refund has been processed or paid to me, and I have not received a satisfactory resolution. I request that eDreams Prime urgently process and pay the full refund of approximately 950,000 Uganda shillings that I paid for this suspended flight. I expect this to be handled as soon as possible and to be clearly informed once the refund has been completed.
