Unauthorized eDreams Prime Subscription
I recently noticed eDreams Prime charges on my bank account that I did not authorize, and for a service I did not knowingly subscribe to. On 2 December 2025 and again on 31 December 2025, amounts of ZAR 229.00 each were debited from my First National Bank account in South Africa, with reference 746976953649200 on the bank statement. The only transaction I knowingly made with eDreams was booking a flight in November 2025, and at no stage did I intentionally agree to a recurring Prime subscription. After seeing these unexpected charges, I tried to contact eDreams through the channels provided on your website, but there is no clear email address available, the virtual assistant bot could not assist with this issue, and no one answers the phone number +27 21 300 2421. I am currently in contact with First National Bank to dispute these transactions, but I am first requesting that eDreams resolves this directly. I request that any eDreams Prime subscription linked to my details be immediately cancelled and that all Prime charges taken from my account, including the ZAR 229.00 debits on 2 December 2025 and 31 December 2025, be fully refunded. I also ask for written confirmation that no further Prime or other recurring charges will be taken from my account without my explicit consent.
