Dear eDreams Customer Service, I am writing regarding the refund of my Prime subscription. On 11 November, I was informed that the refund would be issued within 48 hours; however, I still have not received anything. I was told that this refund was due to an error that occurred when my Prime subscription was activated for this year. I kindly request that you review my case and confirm the date on which I can expect to receive the refund. I would be very grateful if you could process this request as soon as possible, as I urgently need this refund.

Good morning. I am being charged the annual Prime fee without my authorization, and in some cases it has even been charged twice. Therefore, I kindly request a refund. Since last year, I had already stated that I did not want the subscription. Another critical issue is how difficult it is to contact you by phone. It seems the system is designed to prevent communication — for every procedure you ask for a reservation number, and since there is no reservation, the call is cut off. I urgently request a solution, please.
