On 10 December 2025, my credit card was charged 89.99 AUD by eDreams for a Prime annual subscription, plus an additional 3.15 AUD overseas transaction fee. I did not knowingly subscribe to any eDreams Prime service, and I can find no reference to such a subscription in my emails, documents, or any records I hold. To my knowledge, I have not previously used eDreams for any bookings with this credit card, and I was not aware that any kind of subscription had been set up. I therefore consider this charge to be unauthorised. I request a full refund of the 89.99 AUD subscription fee and the related 3.15 AUD overseas transaction charge, the immediate cancellation of any eDreams Prime or other subscription that may have been opened in my name or linked to my card, and assurance that no further charges will be made to my card in the future.
