Bigo Live Fails to Stop Repeat Harassment After I Reported Abuse

I want to report that while I stream in the Hero Party section on the Bigo Live platform, certain users have been systematically directing severe insults and degrading comments at me. In particular, M** Ö******, P**** A******, the group known as “Hater g. Esteki. Le. R,” and a Russian streamer have been targeting me during my broadcasts starting on December 28–29, 2025, then continuing on January 1, January 3, January 4–5, 2026, and after that as well.

These individuals use humiliating, degrading, sexist, and profanity-filled language toward me during live broadcasts, and they try to unfairly belittle and discredit me. During my streams, they direct severe insults and profanity at me both verbally and through written messages, repeatedly harassing me with offensive remarks. Some users mockingly use the phrase “tarot efendisi” in a dismissive, insulting way, accuse me of being “ignorant,” and attempt to devalue the content I prepare through effort and research. This has become psychologically exhausting and has negatively affected my streaming environment on the platform.

I previously filed complaints about these individuals through Bigo Live and saw that only warnings were issued. However, despite that, the insults and humiliation continued frequently at different times. I have evidence of what happened in the form of stream recordings and screenshots.

I request that Bigo Live management conduct a detailed investigation into the named users and the related streamer, officially document these behaviors involving severe insults and humiliation, and apply the necessary penalties in accordance with the platform’s rules. I ask that my account and my reports be taken seriously so these ongoing verbal attacks stop and so I can continue my broadcasts in a safe and respectful environment.
