Car Rental Canceled at Cologne Airport and eDreams Still Kept My Payment
I rented a car through eDreams to pick up at Cologne Airport in Germany. I made my reservation for November 29, 2025, for a period of three days, and I paid $67 in advance by credit card.
When I went to pick up the car, I was told that my reservation had been canceled because I was only 59 minutes late, and therefore they could not give me the vehicle. I was not provided with the car nor offered any alternative solution. During this process, I tried to reach eDreams customer service, but I could not get in touch with anyone or explain my issue to a representative.
Even though I never used the car and no service was provided to me at all, the $67 I paid was not refunded, which caused significant inconvenience. I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation, as I received no service whatsoever.
