eDreams Prime Unauthorized Recurring Charges Subscription Issue

I used eDreams Prime to book an Airlink flight to Durban on 14 November, and since then I have noticed three separate extra charges on my bank account under the description “eDreams Prime Barcelona”. These charges were deducted on 12 November, 28 November and again today, with a total amount of 229 taken from my account. I did not knowingly subscribe to any recurring Prime service, and I was not clearly informed that I would be charged repeatedly. When I realised the repeated debits, I went to my bank and they changed my card, but the bank could not reverse these payments. I also could not find a proper phone number or contact channel for eDreams to resolve this. I request the immediate cancellation of any eDreams Prime subscription or automatic payments linked to my name and email, and I want these recurring charges to stop completely. I also ask for clear written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further money will be taken from my account.
