On January 7, 2026, I noticed that $109 USD was charged to my Garanti Bank credit card under the name eDreams Prime membership fee. I have never applied for any membership with eDreams, I did not purchase any tickets or make any reservations, and I have never even used this company.
After this charge was made without my permission or approval, I canceled my credit card for security reasons. I do not approve of this transaction in any way, and I do not accept this Prime membership that was opened in my name without my consent.
I demand that eDreams fully refund the $109 USD charged to my card as soon as possible and immediately cancel any membership or subscription that may have been created in my name.
