Haier Dryer Noise Issue Continues Despite Warranty Repair

I purchased a Haier HD90-A3Q979U1-S 9 kg Wi-Fi heat pump dryer , and from the very first day, the machine has been making an extremely loud noise during operation. Since the product was brand new, I naturally did not expect such a problem.

I contacted Haier customer service, and they sent a technical service team to my address. The service took the machine to their workshop, kept it there for about one week, and later returned it, stating that the issue had been repaired. However, after I started using the dryer again, I realized that the loud noise problem was not resolved at all, and the product is still in the same defective condition.

My expectation is that this dryer, which has been faulty since the day of purchase and could not be fixed despite a repair attempt, be replaced free of charge with a new, defect-free product. I request that my complaint be evaluated urgently and that I be informed of the outcome.
