Unauthorized eDreams Prime Renewal Charge on My Mastercard

On 9 December 2025, a payment was withdrawn from my Mastercard for the renewal of an eDreams Prime subscription that I deliberately did not want to continue. I had intentionally avoided paying for the renewal and even changed my card details so that no further charges would be possible, as I do not use these services and have no intention of using them in the future. Despite this, the renewal fee was debited from my account without my consent.
After noticing the unauthorized charge, I attempted to contact eDreams Prime support, but reaching them is practically impossible. Every attempt to get assistance is blocked or leads nowhere, which I find unacceptable and consider highly misleading toward customers.
I demand a full refund of the amount charged without my authorization, the immediate cancellation of my eDreams Prime subscription, and a clear guarantee that no further charges will be taken from my card in the future.
