I booked two flight tickets through the eDreams website using the email address elnadymahmoud***@gmail.com. The reservation was for a round trip from Cairo to Jeddah with Nesma Airlines for the outbound flight on 21 January 2026 and Flyadeal for the return flight on 1 November 2026. I completed the booking on 7 January and paid a total of 471 USD for the two tickets. Despite the payment being taken, I have not received any booking reference number or confirmation email from eDreams. Because of this, I do not know whether my flights are actually confirmed or if I even have seats on these flights. I also could not contact eDreams or the airlines about this issue, because without a booking reference or confirmation message, I have nothing to provide them when asking about the status of my trip. This situation is causing me a lot of stress and frustration, especially because my travel plans are tied to specific dates, and I trusted eDreams to manage this booking properly. I find it unacceptable that after paying 471 USD, I am left without the most basic information about my reservation. I request that eDreams urgently either send me the official booking reference number (PNR) and confirmation for both flights, or provide a full refund of the 471 USD I paid if the booking has not been properly completed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so that I can plan my travel with certainty.
