eDreams Reservation Not Sent To Hotel - I Paid Again Despite Confirmation

I am a Prime member of eDreams and I am currently in Thailand, on Koh Lanta. I had a reservation at Rim Khao Resort, booked in July, for a stay from 29 November 2025 to 6 December 2025 under the name Patricia P***. When I arrived at the hotel on 29 November, the reception informed me that there was no reservation in my name, even though I had a confirmation from eDreams with the reference 23613493310. Despite this, an amount of 243 € was debited from my bank account around 17 July 2025 for this booking. As the hotel had no reservation for me, I was forced to pay again on the spot for my bungalow for 7 nights. In the meantime I learned that the former owners, who are elderly, sold their resort and that the new owners, who took over in November, were not informed of my booking at all. I have already tried to contact eDreams customer service by email, but my previous messages bounced back, and I have just sent another email which, at this stage, has still not resolved my problem. I therefore ask for the full refund of the 243 € that was charged for a reservation that the hotel never received, and for which I had to pay a second time on arrival. I thank you in advance for your understanding and I am waiting impatiently for the reimbursement of the 243 €.
