I purchased an Italy train ticket through Omio and also paid an additional fee for the cancellation option. I paid around $70 for 6 seats. One day before departure, I initiated the cancellation and accepted a $52 refund, which included an $18 cancellation penalty. I confirmed the cancellation.
However, there is no explanation on the website about the cancellation outcome, and the $52 refund has not been credited back to my card.
