Dude, Amazon's Marketplace app is a total nightmare. They just leave you hanging with some really bad sellers. I placed two orders and both times, I ran into issues with shipping. One order couldn't even be sent to Turkey, and the seller just said they would refund me once they got the product back. But like, why am I waiting for the seller to get it back from shipping? Why is an undeliverable product even on your site in the first place? I've been calling customer service but they just tell me to talk to a customs broker, like seriously? I'm already paying a high price for the product, I shouldn't have to deal with all this extra crap. If only there was an option to exclude Marketplace sellers in searches, it would make my life so much easier. I'm so over dealing with these problematic orders and trying to get my money back.
