Amazon Prime Unauthorized Billing Dispute After Card Was Charged

On December 21 at 10:22 PM, I noticed through my mobile banking app that an unauthorized charge of $22 was made by Amazon Prime on the card linked to my account at Ziraat Bankası Konya Ereğli branch, without my knowledge or approval. Even though I have never applied for, approved, or requested an Amazon Prime membership, and never authorized a charge in this amount, money was withdrawn from my card.
After this unauthorized transaction, I tried to contact both Ziraat Bank customer service and Amazon Prime, but I was unable to receive any meaningful help or support from either side. Neither the bank nor Amazon Prime provided a satisfactory explanation, and my issue remains unresolved.
I am seriously concerned about the security of my account, and I feel victimized by this transaction that occurred entirely without my consent. I request the immediate refund of the unauthorized $22 charge, a full investigation into how and by whom this transaction was carried out, and that both the bank and Amazon Prime take the necessary security measures to ensure that a similar situation does not happen again.
