I have been playing the Falla game regularly for about four years, and during this time I have spent approximately $1,150 in total on in-game gold purchases using my debit card and the Google Play Store. However, due to what I believe to be cheating within the game, I feel that both my effort and my money have gone to waste.
While playing, I frequently encounter situations that do not align with normal gameplay, such as games suddenly freezing or shapes changing unexpectedly. These issues make me believe that the game is not fair and that there may be cheating or external interference involved, which completely ruins the gaming experience.
Despite contacting the support team multiple times through the game and other channels regarding these issues, I have never received any response. Even though I previously submitted a complaint here as well, no one contacted me, followed up, or provided any information by email.
For these reasons, I am requesting a full refund of all my spending in the Falla game over a period of 1,582 days, totaling approximately $1,150.
