Samsung Washing Machine Makes Loud Noise and Leaks Water

I purchased a Samsung washing machine, and I have been experiencing serious problems with it for approximately six months, starting around June 20, 2025. During operation, the machine produces a disturbing noise and also has a water-related issue. I have recorded these problems on video as evidence. I have contacted Samsung multiple times regarding this matter, but I have not received any meaningful or effective support. Instead, I am repeatedly told things like, “Yes, there is an issue, but it is not considered a fault,” and I am informed that the machine cannot be replaced. No real or permanent solution has been offered. This attitude from Samsung’s headquarters has caused me to lose trust in the brand and has left me extremely disappointed. Since the washing machine continues to have noise and water problems and the issue has remained unresolved for months despite all my efforts, I am clearly and firmly requesting a full replacement with a brand-new washing machine. I will also submit the video evidence I recorded to clearly demonstrate the problem, and I expect this replacement request to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible.
