On January 12, 2026, I purchased a Philips Aqua Trio 9000 through Amazon. During the payment process, I selected the option to pay in 9 interest-free installments with my Garanti Bank credit card. However, after the payment was completed, I saw that the transaction was processed as a single payment instead.
Before confirming the order, I clearly saw the 9-installment option displayed on the screen, and I proceeded with the purchase believing the payment would be processed accordingly.
After noticing the issue, I contacted Amazon customer service. During the conversation, I was told that they could not add installments to the transaction afterward and that my only option was to return the product and purchase it again.
However, I bought this product specifically because of the campaign and the interest-free 9-installment option. In addition, when I tried to cancel the current transaction and repurchase the product, I saw that the same item’s price had increased by approximately $25 (1,100 TL).
This means I would both lose my installment option and also be forced to pay an extra amount if I reorder the product. For this reason, I am requesting that the existing single-payment transaction be corrected and converted into 9 interest-free installments on my Garanti Bank credit card, exactly as selected during checkout, and that no additional charges be applied so that I do not suffer any financial loss.
